- Our managed support contracts are $5K annually,
per server, period.
Need high availability? Just add
servers.
- Services hosted on a single server are eligible for Basic
support.
- Services hosted on TWO servers are eligible for Business
Standard support.
- Services hosted on THREE servers receive Production
Critical support.
